IVR  service now available with Service Dispatcher

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is the technology that enables interaction between a caller and a computer via the telephone. 

We found that many of our customers needed an IVR solution to bring down labor costs and increase their customer satisfaction. To achieve these benefits the IVR solution must integrate seamlessly with the dispatching system.
