Built on our mature, Web based, platform independent tracking platform and inherits the wealth of existing and future features our technology provides. The cost of ongoing development of new features that make use of advancing available technology is shared amongst our the many products using our platform.

Minimizes the cost of ownership by using a powerful open source, (free) database, web server, scripting language and operating system. The hardware requirements are modest: an enormous implementation managing thousands of work orders per month can run on a dual core dual CPU, RAID server costing $4,000, while a modest implementation can run on a $500 machine.

Source code is provided with our software license, enabling our customers to choose between us, their own staff or third parties for custom development and support.

All access to Service Dispatcher, general use or configuration is via a standard web browser. There is no user software to load or support and users can choose their operating system. (Mac, Windows, Linux, Unix etc)

Purchasing and Rental Options

Sold as a software license with NO LIMITATIONS on the number of users. We encourage use by your organization, your tenants and even your vendors. The software runs on a web server and will support as many users as you allow. 

Pricing is related to the number of sites and work orders generated. (It's fair value based pricing: you have access to the same features and benefits as companies who have invested $500,000+ in software, but you pay according to the value you create. We call this "investment" in our customers to help them succeed.)

To enable our customers to benefit from Service Dispatcher immediately, and reduce the burden on in house IT staff, we offer cost effective optional installation and hosting at secure highly reliable data centers. The hosting and hosting period can be tailored to your budget and needs.

For customers who prefer a periodic expense, rather than capital outlay for a software license, we can arrange leasing with optional hosting or provide Service Dispatcher as a service.

The Right Person for the Job

Finding the right vendor/technician to fix a particular problem at a particular site is often a challenge. Service Dispatcher includes a unique feature whereby vendors can be linked to problems or equipment types for particular sites. If multiple vendors are linked to the same site for the same problems, they can be ranked.

Reporting

Ad-hoc and predefined reports are provided via user definable filters that are applied to requests. Any number of filters can be created. The filters can be made public for use by all users or may be private for use by the filter creator. Reporting using filters is a powerful way to track requests in process and to monitor the efficiency of dealing with requests. The filter results can be displayed visually in the requests calendar.

Any report can be scheduled to be run and delivered by email.

All information in reports can be exported as comma separated value (CSV) files.
